Warranty conditions

1. Warranty Terms:

1.1. The Warranty Period shall commence from the date of purchase of the Goods, at which time a Warranty Card and Invoice shall be issued.

1.2. The warranty period for each product is specified in the Warranty Card.

1.3. The warranty is valid only for damage due to a manufacturing defect that has manifested itself within the warranty period.

1.4. The warranty does not cover minor damage, including but not limited to: scratches, cracks, abrasions, discoloration, etc., as well as components worn out in the course of normal use of the product.

1.5. The warranty period remains in force regardless of whether the goods have been repaired or replaced.

1.6. Settings and programming that are prescribed in the technical documentation are not considered defects that warrant a claim. The verification for such claim shall be paid by the customer.

1.7. When performing repair procedures, the service technician is not responsible for the destruction of user programmed information.

2. The warranty terms are void in the following circumstances:

2.1. Destruction of factory numbers of devices.

2.2. Violation of the integrity of the product.

2.3. Damage due to poor transport and improper storage.

2.4. Failure to comply with the instructions in the accompanying documentation, use of poor quality consumables, improper installation, assembly or operation (including failure to reset).

2.5. Damage caused by natural disasters, fire and force majeure.

2.6. Damage due to electric shock, mechanical damage, falling, vibration, malfunction in the electrical network, under the influence of aggressive external environment and the like, as well as negligent treatment of the equipment by the user.

2.7. Attempts to troubleshoot or repair devices and systems by unauthorized persons.

2.8. Where the damage is caused intentionally or recklessly.

3. How to make a claim:

3.1. Complaints for breaches in completeness, shortages and discrepancies shall be made only upon acceptance of the products.

3.2. Warranty service is provided only upon presentation of the Warranty Card and correct information on the reasons for the claim.

4. Other

4.1. From 15 May 2025, a new service policy for Teletek products will come into effect.

We are introducing time limits for repair of out-of-warranty products, which are set out in the table below. The terms are arranged by product group and are located in the "To be serviced by" column. After the expiry of the relevant period, we will not accept the products for repair.
