GENERAL CONDITIONS

I. SUBJECT

Article. 1. These General Terms and Conditions regulate the relations between TEKRA LTD, with registered office and registered address: 1592 Sofia, Druzhba 1 residential complex, 35 Tsvetan Lazarov blvd, email address: tekra@tekra.bg, tel: 070011010, hereinafter referred to as „TEKRA“ /“The Company“, and the customers, hereinafter referred to as „Users“, of the website www.tekra.bg, hereinafter referred to as „The Website”.

II. WEBSITE CHARACTERISTICS

Art. 2. The Website is a corporate website with a product catalogue, available at www.tekra.bg, through which Users are able to obtain information about the products available from TEKRA, including:

1. To register and create a profile to view the product catalog on the Website and use the additional information services, including signing up for training courses conducted by TEKRA Academy, and to have access to the documents in the “Library“ section;

2. To receive information about new products offered on the Website by receiving an online newsletter;

3. To review products, their features and prices;

4. To make enquiries about partner registration;

5. To be informed of the rights arising for them from the legal framework governing the protection of Users - primarily through the Website.

Article. 3. It is assumed that the electronic statements made by Users on the Website are made by the persons indicated in the data provided by the User when registering, if the User has entered the appropriate username and password.

III. USE OF THE WEBSITE

Article. 4. (1) To use the Website to view the product catalogue, the User does not provide personal data and does not need to register. Upon selecting a particular product, the User may contact TEKRA representative by email or telephone provided in the „"Contacts"“ section of the Website for more information or follow-up to purchase the product.

(2) To receive TEKRA's online newsletter, the User should enter his/her personal details in the relevant form available on the Website;

(3) To access (part of) the information in the „"Library"“ and „"TEKRA Academy"“,  sections, the User should enter his/her personal details in the registration form on the Website;

(4) To enquire about partnership registration, the User should complete the registration form in the „"B2B Platform"“ section (or in the form after clicking the Login/Registration button) on the Website, providing the personal data described in the form.

(5) To make a request and/or an opinion, the User should fill in the relevant form in the „"Contacts"“ section of the Website, providing the personal data described in the form.

Art. 5. (1) TEKRA confirms the registration made by the User by sending a letter to the e-mail address specified by the User, which is also sent information about the registration completed.

(2) When registering, the User undertakes to provide correct and up-to-date data. The user shall promptly update or submit a request to update their data in the event of a change.

(3) Business Partners of Tekra Ltd. may obtain extended access to the B2B Platform (upon approval by Tekra Ltd. to the status of "Registered B2B Partner"), which allows them to place orders from their account, view and download their invoices, view their order history, create offers to their customers, create a list of favorite products, and monitor the availability of items in real time.

(4) Termination of access to information for profiles with the status "Registered B2B Partner". Tekra reserves the right to terminate the access of users with the status of "Registered B2B Partner" provided that they have not placed a single order with Tekra (regardless of the communication channel) for a period of 6 months.
