The B2B platform TEKRA.BG offers TEKRA customers the opportunity to place their orders quickly and easily from any device, no matter where they are. To place an order, you must have an approved profile as a B2B partner. You could submit your registration request via the button on this page.
No. Only registered users with an approved B2B partner profile can place orders on the TEKRA.BG B2B platform.

The platform allows for 2 levels of registration.

  • Registering as a user allows you to view files that require a login to the platform, as well as sign up for training at Академия Текра.
  • Registration as a B2B partner (upon approval of a request to register as a Tekra partner) enables you to create orders through the platform, monitor the availability of an item in real time, and shop at an individual discount. You also get access to financial documents (invoices). Registered partners can quickly and easily create offers to their customers directly in the Tekra platform. To keep track of their order history, and to re-order products from a previous order.

When you finalise your order on the B2B platform you will receive an on-screen confirmation that the order has been shipped. Within 10 minutes you will receive a confirmation e-mail (it is recommended to check your spam folder as well) with the order number, the date on which the order was placed, its status (during the processing of the order, you will receive a notification when its status changes), the delivery method you have chosen, the delivery address, as well as the products it contains - product picture, product name, item number, unit price, quantity, final price, and the total price of the order excluding VAT.

Yes. We offer free delivery for orders worth over 200 BGN excluding VAT with organized transport of Tekra within Sofia.

With delivery by courier company Speedy delivery is free for orders worth over 250 BGN excluding VAT. Delivery of orders below this value is at the customer's expense at the courier company's rates, according to the service chosen.

For products in stock at Tekra:

  • Orders placed by 9.00 am are delivered to a courier within the same day. Orders made after 9.00 are shipped the next working day.
  • Orders for Sofia with organized transport of Tekra, made before 9.00 are delivered the same day.

The availability of each product is displayed in real time. If you place an order for a product that has a status other than "Available" or you order a quantity greater than what is currently in stock, a representative will contact you to inform you of the expected delivery time.
