UPS protection for everyday devices at home
Electricity is such a natural part of our daily lives that we usually only think about it when it goes out. A power outage can shut down your home computer, router, video surveillance system, or heating system, and can lead to the loss of unsaved work or the interruption of an important online meeting. A UPS system is designed to provide backup power when the mains fails, while also protecting connected equipment from problems such as voltage fluctuations, surges, and other electrical disturbances.
NJOY's Consumer range is specifically aimed at home, home office and smaller electronic systems. It includes different solutions depending on the power required, the runtime and the way the UPS will be positioned around the equipment.
Tower UPS solutions for home
Tower UPS models are standalone vertical devices suitable for computer, network and other electronic equipment. They offer different capacities and levels of protection according to the user's needs.
Keen – practical protection for everyday electronics
Keen is the entry-level Tower solution for users looking for reliable protection without unnecessary complexity. The series is Line-Interactive and covers capacities from 600 to 2000 VA, allowing you to choose a model according to the load - from a router and a home computer to several connected devices.
The AVR automatically regulates the input voltage, and the Auto-Restart, Off-Mode Charging and Cold Start features add protection in everyday use.
Keen is suitable for home computers, monitors, routers and modems, external drives, scanners and small video surveillance systems. Some of the series are also available in versions with USB management and communication line protection.
Horus Plus – more information and control
Horus Plus upgrades the standard home Line-Interactive UPS with a practical LCD touchscreen display. From it, the user can monitor input and output voltage, load level and battery status in real time.
The series uses a simulated sine wave, Boost/Buck AVR for voltage stabilization, Cold Start and USB control via ViewPower. The Horus Plus 1000, for example, offers 1000 VA/600 W, four Schuko outputs for backup power and protection, as well as RJ11/45 protection for the communication line. This makes it suitable for users who want not only backup power, but also better visibility into the system status.
Aira – when backup power needs to last longer
Aira is designed for applications where a few minutes of autonomy are not enough – for example, central heating, circulation pumps, video surveillance systems and other devices that need to continue operating during a longer power outage.
The series uses a pure sine wave and external batteries, allowing autonomy to be adapted to the specific application. The Aira 600 and Aira 1200 operate with external batteries with a recommended capacity of 40 to 200 Ah and offer a selectable charging current of 10 or 20 A. The Aira 400 is the smaller version with a 2 A charger.
The Aira 1200, for example, has a power of 1200 VA/1000 W, a pure sine wave, an LCD display, AVR, Cold Start, and the ability to choose between 10 A and 20 A charging current.
Brick UPS solutions for home
When the UPS needs to fit right around the workplace or home appliances, the Brick format combines backup power and multiple outlets into a compact device similar to a power strip.
Renton Plus – UPS and charging center in one place
Renton 650 Plus is a Line-Interactive UPS with a power of 650 VA/360 W and four Schuko outlets with backup power and surge protection.
In addition to AVR, Cold Start and Off-Mode Charging, the Plus version offers USB/HID communication, LAN protection and the ability to fast USB charging with a power of up to 30 W.
This makes it a convenient solution for a desk or home multimedia system, where a computer, monitor, router or console can be protected and a mobile device can be charged directly from the UPS.
Soter – compact protection for home electronics
Soter 600 is a compact Line-Interactive UPS with a power of 600 VA/360 W, designed for computers and other home electronics. It has four Schuko outputs, AVR stabilization, Auto-Restart, Cold Start, Off-Mode Charging and USB control.
The built-in battery provides about 4 minutes of autonomy at 50% load, enough to maintain work and safely shut down the system. The compact size and noise below 40 dB make it suitable for home or small office workstations.
Token – multiple devices, one UPS
Token is designed for situations where there are multiple electronic devices around a single workstation. Instead of adding a separate power strip to the UPS, the series features eight Schuko outlets.
The Token 600 and Token 800 are Line-Interactive models with 600 VA/360 W and 800 VA/480 W respectively. The series includes AVR and HID USB communication, and in the Token 800 four of the eight outlets provide backup power and the remaining four - surge protection. The model also adds Gigabit LAN protection, USB charger and LCD display.

How to choose a suitable UPS for home use?
Choosing the right UPS doesn't necessarily start with the question of which model is the most powerful, but rather with what needs to remain protected and how long it needs to continue operating in the event of a power outage.
Keen and Horus Plus cover everyday home electronics and home office needs, while Aira is aimed at applications where longer autonomy is required. Renton Plus, Soter and Token offer more compact solutions for workplaces and groups of devices.
NJOY's Consumer range allows protection to be tailored to both the type of equipment and the way it is used in everyday life.
