Among the innovations are intelligent search with WizSeek, text-defined alarms, automated reactions when losing connection with peripheral devices and easier connection with IP cameras from other manufacturers.
WizSeek
The multimodal AI model Xinghan from the world leader Dahua sets a new standard in video surveillance. Thanks to the new series of NVRs (such as NVR-5-EI2 and NVR5-XI/Pro) and the integrated AI application WizSeek, searching for objects or subjects with specific details in video recordings is done in seconds. The searcher only needs to set criteria using their voice, free text or a specific image for the application to filter all matching results. WizSeek also allows you to create a command using pre-filters, as well as by selecting keywords suggested by the software. The application currently supports 30 languages, including Bulgarian. This makes its use extremely intuitive and natural for native speakers.
Text-defined alarms
Dahua Text-Defined Alarms are the next innovation that allows you to set specific rules in video surveillance. Through them, the NVR signals a specific event or circumstance in real time. You simply write text, and the recorder generates the rule algorithm within a few seconds. You can access it by going to the Settings > Event > Text Rule menu.
Alarm when connection to alarm modules is lost
Another innovation that Dahua integrates in its latest firmware is the ability for flexible control and automated response in case of sabotage or technical failure of the alarm modules. When the connection between the NVR and the ARB1606 alarm module is interrupted, there is the ability to trigger an immediate response such as turning on the siren, sending a push notification to the phone or directing a PTZ camera. All events of loss and restoration of the connection are described in detail in a log with the exact time and date for subsequent verification, and the administrator can turn on and off status monitoring for each individual module at any time.
Easy RTSP integration
Thanks to the improvements in the new NVR series, connecting to IP cameras from other manufacturers becomes quick and hassle-free, without searching for technical documentation and manually entering RTSP URLs. With just a few clicks, you can select the specific brand, enter the IP address, username and password to add the device to the system.
